The Perfect Diet For The Human Body https://drthomaslodi.com/the-perfect-… The majority of society may have a difficult time grasping this concept but not eating is the perfect diet! The fact is, there isn’t a nutrient that is perfect. Every nutrient has a part of it that is not usable. As an example, once you consume an organic apple, there will be a part that apple which will be eliminated as it is not usable. No food is perfect. There is not one food on the planet that when you consume it, 100% of it is used in the body. The only exception is oxygen and water. This is complicated to explain but it’s important to understand that even oxygen and water are utilized and become other things. People ask what is the perfect diet for the human body? The answer is simple no diet is perfect for humans. Going back to the organic apple, 90% of it is usable and 10% is unusable. The same applies to broccoli and any other food. A certain percentage will be usable, and a certain percentage won’t be. It’s the bodies job to eliminate the unusable portion because if it were not eliminated all of us would become too big to walk. Let’s say you put the broccoli into a pot of boiling water and boil it. It would become mushy and soft. How much do think is usable now? It might be only 20% now and not the original 90% in its original state. The broccoli was changed when it was cooked. Now, if it were fried then maybe only 0.01% could be used and the balance would be unusable. What does this all mean? It means that the perfect diet for the human body is actually not eating at all. And, there is some evidence to show this is true. Not eating for a certain period of time will help repair and restore a person’s health.    • Food and Cancer      / @drthomaslodi
