Just look at the people of Japan for proper perspective. The people of Japan happen to live longer than all other people on the planet. This is an established fact that no one can dispute. Visiting any restaurant in Japan you will find soy in pretty much everything on the menu. There’s miso, tofu, soy sauce and tempeh and it is consumed three times a day for the average person. The information put out to society is soy is bad for you, yet the people of Japan are the longest living on earth. These people consume soy all the time, yet they want us to believe it’s bad for us? The narrative doesn’t fit the evidence, not even close! Japanese women never had breast cancer prior to the western diet coming into their country. When KFC, McDonald’s, Burger King, and the like arrived in Japan, that all changed, and cancer started popping up more and more. Also, men were never diagnosed with prostate cancer. It just didn’t happen. For those that still are not sure if soy is safe and good for us, google “longevity in Japan”. The cases of prostate or breast cancer prior to the western diet coming to Japan are non-existent.
