Designing a ketogenic diet is complicated as the ratios need to be exact for the keto diet to take effect. If you are doing this one your own, you have to find or create the recipes and that takes some trial and error to arrive at a meal that is in fact ketogenic. There are apps out there that can help you with this, which is great. Once you have made the recipes that you like then you will look forward to doing the ketogenic diet. It’s important to find or create the recipes that you like and enjoy otherwise you won’t stick with the diet. A ketogenic diet can be delicious people just have to find out what they like. When you like and enjoy something, it’s much easier to stick with and you end up looking forward to it. A keto diet needs to be cycled, it is not healthy to stay on a ketogenic diet consistently. Going 6 weeks on and 12 weeks off is a good standard to follow. Then you need to study yourself. People need to learn based on the meals they are eating, how much time they can go in between meals and what works best in order to stay in ketosis. The goal here is to give you back your power which is your health. Your health is your birthright. We ended up losing our birthday as a result of today’s society and what is taught and total ignorance. Developing an easy ketogenic meal plan which is a raw vegan diet is worth the time and effort to do so but just as important is to cycle on this diet.
