introduction
Reading a book the first time is an introduction, an appetizer. The second reading is when the learning starts, and the third reading is when the information has had time to be assimilated to some extent. Read each of these once before reading any others for the second time.
Don’t try to analyze any of them; just become familiar with the information being communicated. However, if one is particularly interesting and you want to read it for the second time, then go for it…read it. Read for at least 30 minutes every morning before movement or “exercise. ” Reading for 30 minutes daily after going to sleep early is worth more than reading 12 hours on Saturday.
Within one year of daily reading, you will have become transformed because the information contained in these books is not common knowledge but is the truth. Think of it as a course.
