Here are the most frequently asked questions.

If you need to end your membership, here is how to do it:

  • Visit My Account page
  • Scroll down to the “My Memberships” section.
  • Select Cancel on your membership level.

To join our Telegram group, please follow these instructions:

  • Visit Essential Page
  • Click the “Join” button on the Telegram group you prefer.

The Telegram group will appear based on your membership level.

To join Dr. Lodi’s group Zoom sessions, please follow these instructions:

  • Visit Event Calendar page
  • Select the Inner Circle event that you would like to join.
  • When it’s time, click the “Join Zoom Room” button to join our session.
