Cancer Is The Failure Of Cellular Respiration https://drthomaslodi.com/cellular-res… Cancer is the failure of cellular respiration. In 1931 when Dr. Otto Warburg was awarded the Nobel Prize in medicine for his discovery that cancer is the failure of cellular respiration. What we learned then and it is still true today is that cancer initiates or begins when the cell loses the ability to use oxygen. The reason this happens is the mitochondria, which are organelles inside the cell, get damaged. When 40-60% of the mitochondria get damaged what happens is the cells fights to survive as that is its job and as a result, starts to ferment the glucose. Then, it’s the nucleus of that cell, the DNA changes its genetic expression. It starts expressing certain genes to support fermentation and then doesn’t express others, etc. Inside what we call mutations, are not mutations. It’s a change in genetic expression that is a consequence of the fact that the cell can no longer make energy with oxygen. This results in fermentation and fermentation results in cancer.    • What Is Cancer?   #canceristhefailureofcellularrespiration #cellslosetheabilitytouseoxygen #drthomaslodi
